Ellen offers private and couple lessons in-person and on Zoom. You are free to tailor your lesson to cover Basic Qigong, Temple Qigong or Tai Chi Form.  You can read about each offering on About My Services.  Ellen can tailor a lesson to your personal goal.

Square Appointment allows only a single booking per transaction.  If you want reoccurring appointments, Ellen can book them for you.  You must Sign in before selecting your service.  

CANCELLATION POLICY
FOR IN-PERSON:  Once you have purchased an in-person private or couple lesson and the teaching space has been secured, there will be NO REFUND ISSUED but you can reschedule your lesson. 

FOR ZOOM:  Once you have purchased a Zoom private or couple lesson and you have given Ellen 24 hours notice prior to start of the lesson, you will be able to reschedule or receive a refund.  Otherwise, no rescheduling or refund will be issued.

Wear comfortable clothes for movement and flexible shoes which allow you to feel contact with the ground.  If you are in-person, please bring your own water bottle.​
