Class for Beginners
This is an introductory class for people who are new to tai chi and qigong. You will be able to learn a few postures from the Basic Qigong and the Temple Qigong classes. We will cover the foundational principles of qigong and tai chi.

Special Note on the Park Classes
(Offered May - August)
We will meet at Lake Hiawatha in South Minneapolis. Please bring a mat if you prefer to not sit directly on the ground. Zoom class will substitute for outdoor class if weather does not permit outdoor learning. Tai Chi Form class will meet in person on Thursday night, if Tuesday is not possible.
Wear comfortable clothes for movement and flexible shoes which allow you to feel contact with the ground. Outside restrooms are available in the summer months within driving distance from park teaching site.
