Class for Beginners
This is an introductory class for people who are new to tai chi and qigong. You will be able to learn a few postures from the Basic Qigong and the Temple Qigong classes. We will cover the foundational principles of qigong and tai chi. You have the option to have the class on Zoom or in person outdoors. A minimum of 3 people are needed to hold an outdoor class when weather permits. Please connect directly with Ellen at firstname.lastname@example.org .

Special Notes on Tai Chi Form Class / Tai Chi in the Park
This class meets twice weekly. We will meet at Lake Hiawatha in South Minneapolis. Please bring a mat if you prefer to not sit directly on the ground.
