My vision is to expand my service into the community by:
- conducting classes and workshops at your site
- sharing the beautiful and flowing movements of tai chi and qigong as a form of artistic expression at art events
- participating in public, educational and cultural events
- teaching seniors; For example, I was teaching at an Edina senior living residence before the pandemic.
- teaching and tailoring tai chi and qigong to sports-specific groups; For instance, I held a qigong workshop for rock climbers at the Minnesota Bouldering Project.
